Halcyon get together to Shout Out

ShoutOut Radio will be hosting Halcyon Network’s next Bristol event at their studio during a live broadcast where visitors will be able to join in for networking, drinks and light refreshment in the company of LGBT professionals from Bristol & South West.

Mary Milton and the ShoutOut team will be talking about the evolution of ShoutOut Radio and you may well get a chance to say a few words during a live show.

ShoutOut is Bristol’s LGBT radio show, airing on community station BCFM (93.2 FM in Bristol, streaming around the globe on www.bcfm.org.uk). Originally the brainchild of Terry Starr, the show was developed by experienced sound recordist Mary Milton and, soon after, Andy Thomas who has experience in radio having started one of the first ever internet radio stations as well as having a knowledge of websites. Now ShoutOut boasts a range of talent from across the gay community in and around the city of Bristol and has recently spread to being transmitted by other community stations in Glastonbury & Bradley Stoke

The Halcyon Network is a not-for-profit organisation set up by business owners and senior business leaders. Our aim is simple – to help you generate strong LGBT business connections at a senior level within a confidential and supportive environment. You can expect to meet other senior LGBT decision makers at all our events which are professionally hosted, held in high-quality venues and include drink and canapes.
