Cycle Out Bristol – November Rides

Cycle Out Bristol is a cycling group for LGBT people and their friends for Bristol and the surrounding area, organising regular cycle rides and social events throughout the year.
Here are the scheduled events for November and early December :

8pm “Alexander Technique for Cyclists” – this is a Cycle Bristol CTC event, guests welcome
“A special talk by local teacher Charlotte Ostafew. The servicing, maintenance and set up of your bike are natural and important considerations for most cyclists. Though most people acknowledge that posture is also important, few realize just how much bad habits such as slouching and contracting the neck are holding them back. The Alexander Technique is a method which teaches body awareness and control, enabling you to use your body with ease, in the way it was intended.”
Everyone welcome – adults £2. Including tea/coffee & biscuits – start time 8pm

Sat. 9th Nov
2pm Women-only ride once per month. Short easy ride with a stop for a drink or a bite to eat. Setting off at 2pm from Bristol’s Queen Square –by the central statue, or Graze if the square is closed. Bringing you back to the starting place by 5pm
Sun 10th Nov
10am Queen Square – take a longer ride into the Green Belt. Carry food. Ride leader is Simon
