How to register on our Events Database.
Register as a user of our listings database, and you can add your own listings whenever you wish, and repeat and amend at any time also. This really puts you in control of your event listing.
Do we know your location ?
Firstly, before you can register with us, we need to have your venue on our database, so we know where to send your prospective visitors !
Check our Locations page to see if your venue is listed, if not we'll need you to let us know, and you can do that here

Register using your social media account
Click here to register, or sign in
You'll then need to authorise our site to connect to your social network profile. Don't worry, we won't post to your page, nor look at all your dodgy postings and cat pictures!
Adding Single Occurance Event
- Login to our administration page
- Hover over the [ + New ] Button located at the top of the page, then click on the ‘Event’ option (as shown)

- The following page will then show which enable you to enter the relevant details about your event

- Enter the title of your event as you wish it to appear
- Enter a description of your event, what’s happening, who is appearing etc
- The next section is titled “Wordpress SEO by Yoast” – Ignore this section, there is no need to complete anything in this section.
- Select the Venue of your event (This should have been added/checked during the first stage.)
- Enter the date and time of the event (place your mouse in the box to select from calendar/time)
- Add tags to your event – these are ‘keywords’ or hashtags that describe your event.
Firstly add either “Bristol”, “Wiltshire” or “Somerset” to ensure it features in our specific regional pages, then add any other relevant words to describe your event such as ‘Bingo’ ‘Karaoke’ or ‘Meat Raffle’ etc - Select a category from the list by ticking the relevant box(es)
- Click the ‘Submit For Review’ box to save the event, and queue for our review.
We’ll verify and publish your submission asap.
Adding Recurring Event
- Login to our administration page
- Hover over the [ + New ] Button located at the top of the page, then click on the ‘Recurring Event’ option (as shown)

- The following page will then show which enable you to enter the relevant details about your event

- The title of your event as you wish it to appear
- A description of your event, what’s happening, who is appearing etc
- Enter the recurrences such as
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly
- The start date, and end date of your event (if not known set to 6 months in advance)
- The start and end time of your event (if the event runs all-day, tick the ‘All Day’ box instead)
- If the event runs over midnight, set the ‘Each Event Spans…’ box to 2
- Select the Venue of your event (This should have been added/checked during the first stage.)
- Add tags to your event – these are ‘keywords’ or hashtags that describe your event.
